Newly-appointed Turkish Ambassador To Kabul Pays Courtesy Call to Deputy Foreign Minister
The newly-appointed ambassador of the Republic of Turkey Mr. Oguzhan Ertugrul paid courtesy call to Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs Mrs. Adela Raz today afternoon.
At the outset, Mrs. Raz welcomed ambassador Ertugrul in Kabul and congratulated him on his appointment to this position. She also expressed gratitude for co-chairing of the Heart of Asia by Turkey in 2018, as well as asked for a close coordination and collaborative effort in leading the successful and result-oriented Heart of Asia.
Ambassador Ertugrul conveyed best wishes of the Turkish government to the government and people of Afghanis, and noted that further strengthening bilateral economic relations between the two countries would be his top priority during the course of his mission.
The two sides also discussed a wide range of issues, including attracting investments from Turkey in funding major and fundamental projects, marketing for products, promoting the capacity of businesswomen, as well as holding the next meeting of the economic and trade cooperation commission of the two countries.
